（２）ごく普通のカラスとして、三人の姉さん達と一緒に大きくなりました。
（３）いよいよ巣立ちの時が迫っていたある日、母さんが私に言いました。
（４）「とうとうこの日が来てしまったわ、アケビ。驚かないで聞いておくれ。実はね…お前は…母さんの子じゃないの！！」
（５）「アケビ、お前の本当の名前は、アー…」
「アー・クワ・ギャップ・クエクエ・ボッソ・アーケヴィーヌ１４世」
（６）お前は７００年前、カー帝国に滅ぼされたアー王朝の末裔…すなわち」
「王位継承者なのです！！」
（７）ポカーンとするアケビ。
（８）「大きくなったら必ず十万の兵を集めて挙兵するのですよ！！アー王朝万歳！！」
母さんはそう叫ぶとそれっきりどこかへ行ってしまいました。
（９）幼かった私にはすべてが意味不明でした。それでも私は－
（１０）母さんの言いつけ通り、「アー王朝の再興」を目指して、活動を始めたのです。
