（１）町内清掃の日。日除けの帽子をかぶり、ほうきとちりとりを持って掃除するおやきさんが「おにぎりさん、おはよー」とあいさつ。おにぎりさんも「ああ、おやきさん！」と笑顔を返す。背景にはぴょんぴょんと飛びながら地面をつつくすずめ。

（２）おやきさんが「あれ、ちょっとやせた？」と尋ねると、おにぎりさんは頬に手を当てて「みんなに言われる―」と答える。雀もおにぎりさんの顔を覗き込む。

（３）おやきさん、暗い顔で「も、もしかして・・・」「コメ不足のせい？！！」

（４）おにぎりさん、「いや、近頃海苔が高くてね。３割カットしてみたんだけど、分かる？」と照れ笑い。おやきさんは汗をかきながら「分かる！！」。ずっこける雀。

English version (1) It’s the day for cleaning up the neighborhood. Oyaki-san, wearing a sun hat and cleaning with a broom and dustpan, greets Onigiri-san with “Good morning, Onigiri-san.” Onigiri-san smiles back and says, “Oh, Oyaki-san!” In the background, a sparrow hops around and pecks at the ground. (2) When Oyaki-san asks, “Hey, have you lost some weight?” Onigiri-san places her hands on her cheeks and answers, “Everyone says so.” The sparrow also peers into Onigiri-san’s face. (3) Oyaki-san looks gloomy and says, “M-maybe…” “Is it because of the rice shortage?!!” (4) Onigiri-san laughs shyly and says, “Well, seaweed has been expensive lately. I tried cutting it down by 30%, can you tell?” Oyaki-san sweats and says, “YES!!” The sparrow stumbles. The end
