みんなでお茶を 〜 Tea for three（４コマ）

春先としては少しあたたかくなった日の午後3時。お散歩していたおやきさんは汗をかいて道端に腰を下ろしています。そこへ通りかかるのは玉ねぎのような形のお茶屋さん。小さな茶箱を背負い、手には竹製の茶杓の杖を持っています。

お茶屋さん：お茶〜　お茶はいらんかね〜

おやきさん：はあ〜　のどかわいたあ

2️⃣

おやき：お！一杯ください！

お茶屋：へいまいど！

言うが早いか頭の上の茶筅を取り外すお茶屋さん。カラダはお茶碗でできています。

3️⃣

茶筅を任されたおやきさん

おやき：えっ、自分で？

お茶屋：いーよいーよ、そのちょうし！

励まされて初めてお茶を点てました。

4️⃣

広げた風呂敷の上に用意されたのは3人分のお団子。お茶を飲みながら

おやき：（うわ〜、自分で点てたお茶っておいしい〜）

お茶屋：（はあ〜、ひとに淹れてもらったお茶っておいしい〜）

おしゃべりなカラスさんも、だまってしまう美味しいお茶の時間でした。

It’s 3pm on a slightly warm day for early spring. Oyaki-san is out for a walk and is sitting down by the side of the road, sweating. Then he sees an onion-shaped tea seller. He is carrying a small tea box on his back and a bamboo tea scoop in his right hand as a walking stick.

Ochaya-san (Tea seller) sings ”Ocha(tea),” “Ocha wa irankane– (Does anyone want a cup of tea?). “

Oyaki-san: Ah~ I’m thirsty.

Oyaki: Oh! Can I have a cup?

Ochaya: Hey! Sure!

Ochaya-san skillfully hooked the tea scoop onto the tea whisk on his head and removed it. His body is made of a tea bowl.

Oyaki-san is given the tea whisk.

Oyaki: What? Do-it-yourself?

Ocha-ya: No problem! Please try!!

Being encouraged, Oyaki-san made a bowl of green tea for the first time.

Three servings of odango(rice dumplings) are laid out on the spread furoshiki and everyone is drinking tea together.

Oyaki: (Wow, tea I made myself tastes so good!)

Ochaya: (Ah, tea made by someone else tastes so good!)

It was such a delicious tea that even the talkative crow was too happy to be silenced.
